At EaFxWay.com, we sell digital products only, including Forex Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, set files, templates, guides, and related downloadable resources. Please read this Delivery & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from our Website, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and any product-specific terms shown on the product page.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on EaFxWay.com are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
- No physical products will be shipped
- Your product will be delivered by download link, email, account access, or another electronic method
- Please make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout
Once your order is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, the download link or access instructions will be sent to your email.
If you do not receive your delivery email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will assist you.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all products as quickly as possible.
Standard Delivery
Approximately 99% of products are delivered within 1 minute after your payment is confirmed.
Pre-Order or Delayed Delivery Products
A small number of products may be marked as pre-order, special delivery, or otherwise require manual processing.
For these products:
- delivery may take a few hours
- delivery will generally be completed within 12 hours maximum
- where relevant, the expected delivery timing will be stated on the product page

4. Trial Replacement Policy (First 3 Days)
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your needs.
Within the first 3 days from the date of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product or you believe it does not meet your expectations, you may contact us with a valid reason, and we may offer you a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
This trial replacement policy is intended as a fair solution for customers who are dissatisfied with a purchase, but it does not guarantee a cash refund in cases of preference, performance expectation, or personal strategy suitability.

- you may request one replacement
- the replacement must be of equal or lower value
- any price difference is not refundable

5. Refund Eligibility for Technical Defects
Because our products are digital goods, refunds are generally limited. However, we offer a 100% refund where a product has a confirmed technical defect that cannot be fixed.
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- the product cannot be properly installed or attached to the trading chart after following the correct instructions;
- the product produces a persistent technical error or warning caused by the product itself;
- the product requires a license or activation that was not disclosed and cannot be resolved;
- the product contains another confirmed technical defect that we verify and are unable to fix within a reasonable period.
To be considered for a technical refund, you must contact us and provide enough information for us to review the issue, including screenshots, error messages, logs, or other supporting evidence where applicable.
If we confirm that the issue is a genuine product-side technical defect and that it cannot be fixed, we will issue a 100% refund.
6. Cases Where Replacements or Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Replacements or refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- you simply do not like the product;
- the product does not meet your profit expectations;
- you do not achieve your desired trading results;
- market conditions, broker conditions, spreads, slippage, latency, execution differences, VPS issues, or account settings affect performance;
- you purchased the wrong product by mistake;
- you changed your mind after delivery;
- you fail to follow the installation or usage instructions provided;
- the issue is caused by your broker, platform environment, third-party software, or incorrect configuration rather than by the product itself;
- you request a refund based only on strategy preference or personal dissatisfaction where the product is functioning technically as delivered.

Forex trading carries substantial risk. No EA, indicator, or trading tool can guarantee profits or eliminate risk. Product performance may vary depending on market conditions, broker execution, account settings, and user decisions.
7. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If you would like to request a replacement under the 3-day Trial Replacement Policy or a refund for a technical defect, please follow these steps:
